Boarding

We are located on 58+ acres of pasture land. Our main show barn consists of 28 stalls, indoor wash stall with h/c water, 2 tack rooms, office, lounge with shower and 2 climate controlled restrooms. Our aisles are large and spacious. We have 2 rings, a covered ring with a full set of jumps, and miles of trails. There is 24 hour supervision and the owner lives on the farm.

Our feeding program is tailor made to each horse. We feed grain 2-3 times a day depending on a horses needs. We feed orchard and timothy hay before each meal and they receive the correct amount of hay for the size of the equine. All horses are kept on a regular vet and farrier program. We know these are your horses and you should be able to have access to them at all times. Because of that our barn is never closed to horse owners, which is one amenity that sets us apart from many barns in the area.

Full Board- $490/monthly

Includes stall, feeding of grain twice a day, hay 3 times a day and turn out. Plus holding fee and wormer.

Full Service Board- $625/monthly

In addition to full board, this service also includes grooming and tacking up your horse Mon-Fri.

Training board- $625/monthly

In addition to full board, riding 5-6 days a week, ground training and grooming.

Sales board- $575/monthly

In addition to full board, riding/training, grooming, sales prep, and showing horse to potential buyers.
*Advertising, pictures, videos, showing and transportation extra.
**Owner sets the price of the horse and barn receives 15% of sale price.

Consignment board- $475/monthly

In addition to full board, riding/training, grooming, sales prep and showing horse to potential buyers.
*Advertising, pictures, videos, showing and transportation extra.
**The price of the horse is set and agreed upon
