Our training program is set up to both start young horses
off correctly and to reschool the older horse.
We believe there are no bad horses just bad circumstances. We take our
time to assess each horse on an individual basis. Horses are just like people, no two are alike, so training programs must
be tailored to each horse. We start off with groundwork and slowly move on to mounted lessons. Horses tell us when they are
ready for the next step in the program. Young horses cannot be rushed into riding and horses that have come to us with issues
must first learn to trust us and then start to understand the easier option of being ridden.
Training is Luanne's passion. It is amazing to watch one of the horses
she has started or reschooled go on to be productive pleasure mounts or show horses. Many of the horses Luanne has worked
with have gone on to be top in their disciplines from Hunter Futurities to Open Jumpers.
